YOUR INFORMATION:
Some of the information we collect is saved in our database
in order to provide you with the most convienent shopping experience
with future orders. We do not sell or distribute your personal
information to ANYONE. Your phone number will only be used if
we need to contact you concerning an order. If you have any
questions or concerns feel free to email us. |
SHIPPING DATES:
All shipping dates are ESTIMATES. We will ship all orders in
the ORDER we recieve PAYMENT. Mcfarlane Toys usually ships out
their products in waves. Meaning we can get the first wave of
a Football Series and it may only contain 10% of our order.
Therefore we would ship the first 10% of the orders we have
by the payment date. Waves usually ship around 2 weeks apart.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS:
Your credit card will be billed at the time of your order. If
you do NOT want your card billed, please come back at the date
you are ready to pay and place your order at that time. |
DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS:
We are NOT responsible for ANY damage or loss in the Mail unless
you purchase INSURANCE for your items. If you want insurance
you need to email us after you order. Include your INVOICE #
and simply state that you would like insurance for that INVOICE
#. Your card will then be charged the amount needed and you
will recieve an email giving you the final cost. |
FACTORY SEALED CASES:
We can ASSURE you that EVERY case you order from us will be
FACTORY SEALED and unsearched! However since we cannot see what
is inside the cases, we cannot guarantee anything inside including:
conditions, assortments, etc. Also please understand that there
are NO REFUNDS on any FACTORY SEALED cases. |
SHIPPING and HANDLING POLICY:
We ONLY ship using the USPS PRIORITY MAIL Service with DELIVERY
CONFIRMATION. IN STOCK orders usually ship within 7-10 business
days .HOWEVER if we are in the middle of recieving a new product
your order may take up to 14-21 days to ship due to our high
volume of shipping during these times. Preorders will ship as
soon as the product arrives at our warehouse. We usually have
over 1,000 orders to process and ship when a new item arrives
so please be patient. We will ship as fast as possible. We want
to get you the product just as much as you want to recieve it. |
ORDERING FIGURES WITH DIFFERENT RELEASE DATES:
This is the biggest problem with INTERNET orders. We clearly
state to please NOT combine items from different series UNLESS
both series are IN STOCK. However some people do not read this
statement. Therefore any orders placed combining items from
different series that are NOT IN STOCK may not be processed
correctly. What does this mean? This means that if you order
a Baseball figure that is IN STOCK and then a Football figure
that ships in 3 months. Your order will not ship until that
Football player comes in. Now the problem is that we CANNOT
guarantee that the Baseball figure you ordered will still be
IN STOCK at that time. Doing this may result in your entire
order being cancelled or possibly part of your order being cancelled,
so PLEASE check your order over. |
CHANGING YOUR ORDER:
Once you submit your order it is final. It cannot be altered,
added to or lessened in any way, shape or form. However you
MAY change your shipping address if you do move. |
ANY FIGURES MARKED AT $0.00:
Figures marked at $0.00 are SOLD OUT AND NOT AVAILABLE. Please
do not include any figures marked at $0.00 in your order. |
REFUNDS:
All refunds are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. ALL refunds
must be emailed to orders@allstarfigures.com before returning
any items. You will be given a return authorization # to put
on your box. Any items sent to us without this will be refused
and returned to you. |
REFUNDS on opened items:
There are NO refunds on any items that have been removed from
the packaging. |
REFUND POLICY on lower priced items:
Due to the nature of this hobby/business prices are constantly
changing therefore there are NO refunds or price matches on
any previous orders you place. For example. If you order a figure
for $14 on Monday, then Tuesday it is on sale for $11 you cannot
get the sale price. Just as if you ordered a chase figure for
$25 and then 1 week later it is up to $50 we would not ask you

REFUNDS ON ITEMS WITH different details as
pictured:
Some items pictured may NOT look like the EXACT item you recieve.
minor paint adjustments, and minor details may vary as some
pictures on this site are of prototypes. Some packaging may
be tri-lingual however most will be US. There will be NO REFUNDS
on items which are not delivered as pictured. Please EMAIL us
first if you have ANY questions at all about the figure you
are ordering. |
REFUNDS FOR DELAYED SHIPMENTS:
All release dates are ESTIMATES. We try to update the site everytime
we hear a different date for any upcoming products. However
we cannot control Mcfarlane Toys, or any other manufacturers
shipping delays, therefore the will be NO REFUNDS on items that
are delayed to the the manufacturer. |
REFUNDS ON Exclusives/2-Packs/Box Sets and
CHASE figures:
No refunds will be given on exclusives, 2-Packs, Box Sets, 12"
figures or CHASE figures after you have paid for your order.. |
REFUNDS ON PREORDERS:
No refunds will be given on ANY PREORDERS after the product
as begun to be allocated to us from the manufacturer. |
