ABOUT YOUR ORDER: |
| Question
-How do I track the status of my order I placed on the website
for IN STOCK items? |
| Answer - If you
placed an order for ALL IN STOCK items your order should ship
within 3 business days. If we are in the middle of shipping
out a newly arrived product your order may take up to 14 days
to ship. |

-How do I track the status of my order I placed on the website
for PREORDER items? |
| Answer - All products
have release dates stated next to them on the website. Please
go to the page(s) with the products you ordered and view tentative
release date. |

| Question
-I placed an order for some PREORDER ITEMS. The date next to
the product originally said Oct. It is now Dec. and I still
do not have my order. What is going on? |
| Answer
- In this business release dates ALWAYS CHANGE. We try to put
the most accurate date that we know of on the site. However
sometimes Mcfarlane Toys will inform us that the date has been
pushed back. Situations like this are out of our control. |

-I combined items that were either IN STOCK with PREORDER ITEMS
or PREORDER ITEMS with different release dates, what happens
now? |
| Answer - This
is one of our biggest problems on the site. We kindly ask customer
to please not do this. The reason is that the cart ony charges
you for 1 shipment. So if you place orders for items that are
IN STOCK and items that ship in 3 months your order will not
ship till all items are IN STOCK. We sometimes will seperate
the orders for you and update your shipping total. You will
be emailed about your order if this happens. |

FACTORY SEALED CASES: |
| Question
-I ordered a FACTORY SEALED CASE of 12 figures. I did not get
a full set in the case. I got doubles of some figures and ZERO,
ONE or TWO chase figures. |
| Answer
- FACTORY SEALED CASES are exacty that. They are sealed at the
Mcfarlane Toys factory. Therefore we do not know what assortments
are inside. Assortments are never guaranteed on these cases.
You may get a full set of figures in a case or you may not.
You may also get 0, 1, 2 or even 3 CHASE figures in a case.
Again they are totally random. |

-I ordered a FACTORY SEALED CASE of 12 figures. I opened up
the case and I got a few figures that had packages that were
damaged. What are my options. |
| Answer - As with
assortments we cannot guarantee what the conditions of any figures
are inside the case. If you are concerned about this we usually
offer double boxing to protect your case even further. However
the USPS has done very well with our cases. In all of our years
in business we have only had around 5-8 complaints of cases
being damaged in transit. Considering we have shipped out over
5,000 cases your order should arrive in fine condition through
USPS PRIORITY MAIL. |

-I ordered a FACTORY SEALED CASE of 12 figures. I would like
to return it for a refund. |
| Answer - We are
sorry but there are NO REFUNDS on certain items. Factory Sealed
cases are one of these items. You cannot return any Factory
Sealed Case whether it is opened or still sealed. |

GENERAL ORDERS: |
| Question
-I ordered a figure from your site 2 days ago. I now see it
is $20 cheaper. Can I get a credit or refund for the difference
of the amount I paid? |
| Answer - Sorry
but there are no price guarantees. This hobby is up and down.
Prices can change daily. Sometimes you pay higher than an item
ends up being. But sometimes you pay less. For example. When
NFL 5 came out, we sold SNOWY TOM BRADY figures for $60, the
next week they were up to about $125, now they are at around
$300. Would we email customers and ask them to pay us the new
price? Of course not. |

-I placed an order on your site and got it today. When I opened
up the SHIPPING box I noticed that the figure or package is
damaged. Can I return this item for another one? |
| Answer - You may
return this item only if you chose INSURANCE when you checked
out. If you did not we cannot be responsible for damaged, or
lost shipments through the USPS. |

-I placed an order on your site and got it today. I opened up
the clamshell package so I could display the figure. The figures
arm broke off and I lost the players bat. Can you send me a
replacement figure and bat? |
| Answer - We are
not responsible for manufacturer defects or missing/lost accesories.
You can contact the actual manufactuer MCFARLANE TOYS. They
may be able to help you with this. |

| Question
-I placed an order on your site and got it today. I ordered
a figure with green sleeves and this one does not have sleeves.
Why did I get a different figure and can I return it? |
| Answer - Sometimes
Mcfarlane Toys changes some paint colors or details on figures
after they release prototype pictures. Or sometimes we get players
in different colored jerseys. If this was an order for REGULAR
figures you may return it under our normal return policies.

| Question
-I placed an order for a full set of 8 NFL figures. I got my
order today and there was only 7 figures in my box. What happened
to the 8th figure? |
| Answer - Sometimes
Mcfarlane Toys will short pack certain figures. Meaning that
certain figures may not be found in all cases. When this happens
we may not have enough figures to fill all preorders. While
we do go the extra mile to try to acquire these figures from
other sources we sometimes cannot ship out all orders in 100%.
We would give you a full refund for the figure you are missing
and would ship out the rest of the order. We apologize if this
does happen but it is out of our control. |
